        Mobile orders only with two people working that could easily accommodate being fully open. Why are you making older people use the App to order? This store has lazy owners.

        They keep the gate closed and make you order online. Not the kind of service we were looking for. I won't be back if they don't change that policy.

        Went to get a sandwich at lunch time on a Wednesday. Not open. Guess it makes sense not to be open at lunch time. They need to stop taking up space in renown and let a real lunch place open up

        At first glance, one would think they are closed. Their entryway is dark and misleading, with the safety chain door closed halfway. The only way to get an order in is to use their mobile app. As I sat waiting for my sandwich, chips, and soda, I watched several unknown people ignore the door by ducking under and still go inside. The quality of the sandwich was really good. The meat to veggies ratio was well balanced and fresh. I was able to get a single addition soda refill. Their service was limited by the gate and lack of communication. Try to get their attention when a customer's name is called. Dietary restrictions: Can accommodate Parking: Hospital parking Wheelchair accessibility: No issues.
