My daughter received the wrong floating TV stand from Amazon, a 50lb wrong stand and we needed to return it. Instead of driving to the main fed ex shipping location we went here at the corner of Neil Rd and Virginia St, as we were going to Whole Foods next door already. We got it in the door together, and that was no problem with having an automatic door for wheel chair access, a nice gentleman was coming out at the same time we were entering so we didnt use it but sure is good to know they have one. As soon as we were in the door, Wendy took it from there. She was very very polite, professional and an ideal customer service representative that any company would be proud of. We were unprepared and did not have the address label printed, but that was no issue for Wendy, she showed us how to send it to her to print out and while we were typing in our info, she was applying white out stickers to the floating TV stand previous shipping labels, so we didnt receive this heavy thing again by some weird mistake. Before I could run to the car for my tape for the printed address label, Wendy was already taking care of it. I just cant tell you how nice it was to do business with Wendys help. You just dont get customer service like this these days, but if Wendy is working, you will.

Website says they offer passport photos and renewal service in store according to employee at Store they offer neither wasted my lunch hour.

This must be the most inefficient FedEx location I have ever seen. Seven or eight employees with absolutely no sense of urgency, and happy to ignore people waiting in line while they tend to other tasks. I should not have to wait 15 minutes to drop off a package
