I would like to compliment Dawson King, an employee of Paschall Plumbing, for his expertise and great customer service. Dawson came to fix a shower leak after a plumbing contractor failed to fix the leaking issue. Dawson diagnosed the root cause and replaced the wrong part that was put in. Throughout the process, he was professional and courteous. Thank you Dawson!

Terry was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and explained everything that was being done. Terry was here today, 3-25, to start the install of the ac unit and was very effected and explained everything to me. He was also observant of other issues and informed me of them. I am very pleased with his service.
