One of my properties had a leak. Called Easy Rooter on a Saturday. They were able to get there super quick and Mikey was very professional and super nice. Highly recommend.

Lesson learned from using this company: If you get a quote for work to be performed, you'll pay that amount even if the job turns out to be significantly less than expected. I was quoted a job at $8,460 to add a clean-out pipe at our office. It took two techs 5 hours to complete the work. When I asked for a discount since the work was much easier than anticipated, I was told that the manager reviewed my request and no credit would be issued. If you want to pay the equivalent of $850 per hour per tech, that's up to you. I know that the right thing for the company to do would have been to discount the price. But I guess gouging customers is more important than doing what's right. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair
