Switch review filters to newest and heed the warning of all the negative reviews coming more recently.
I have always received friendly service. The employees Ive interacted with are all nice and professional. The only time I have good luck food wise is if I order later in the evening. But most of the time I can tell my food has been sitting under a warmer or its overdone. The thin crust pizza is like bread chips with a topping. The pizza tracker always says its done after a few minutes but then takes forever to get here. So either theyre not accurately recording their time for the tracker, or it is accurate and it likely is sitting under a warmer for 45 mins to an hour. I can understand that Spring Creek is a fairly large territory for one store to deliver to. But they need more payroll hours for delivery drivers if thats the case.
Tonight has been the worst service Ive gotten however. Called twice with no one answering the phone. Only called bc the app says it is not connected to the store. I have heard from others that they are not great about answering, hang up, etc. Now I believe them.

Continually hung up on us when trying to place an order. Not the first time this has happened. Will be giving Ruby Mountain Pizza our business from now on.

They hang up on you so they don't have to answer their phone 1 hour before they close. Food is always burned or under cooked. Nasty!

For domino's this place has always made had good service and Good pizza, LOVE the lava cakes.
