Dr Salm may be a OK Doctor, but his staff is SORELY LACKING in the ability in understanding what the patients would like to see him for. I truly hope soon his office will close. As many so businesses have lately.

I previously had trouble with the billing department at Dr Salms office and I was quite unsatisfied. June, the office manager reached out to me and cleared everything up. She was extremely helpful and informative. Many businesses today lack quality customer service and relation, but June was awesome and definitely made that extra effort. I wont hesitate to go back to or recommend Dr Salms office. Thanks June.

I have gone to Dr. Salm at Stateline for 19 years. His care and treatment is and has always been par exelence. I have taken my son to see him and he removed some nasty skin moles at that time. For me, Dr. Salm and staff rank #1 as far as Dermatologists go. Thank you Dr. Salm and staff.

Lauren at Advanced Dermatology is simply amazing. She takes care of my entire family. My heartfelt thanks for the thorough care and compassion. In addition to her medical expertise she is extremely knowledgeable on treatments for clean and radiant skin.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am beyond frustrated with my partner's visit today. First off, the woman taking us to his room said I was not allowed in the room d/t covid. My partner wanted me in the room bc I know his moles better than he does (his father passed at 44 from melanoma so we are hyper focused on them). She allowed me in the room, but made US wear a mask and said "sorry, I've just had covid twice.." (The office no longer required masks for patients or staff). Next, the doctor and 2 other people came into the room and the doctor's first words, very rudely were "oh it's a crowded room," staring directly at me in the corner. I said yeah, "why are there so many providers?" She then said they were training. She proceeds to "inspect" my partner's moles VERY quickly. He had socks on and she simply asks "do you have any moles on your feet?" and never even looked at them. I pointed out a few strange moles (she completely missed), and she ended up doing a biopsy on one. She didn't explain anything to him, grabs a lidocaine syringe, and injected it WITHOUT cleaning the site. She does 2 injections, doesn't wait even a minute before she begins to shave off the mole. He is wincing in pain bc it isn't numb and I say "does that hurt?" and he said yes. She then says, "you need to speak up" to my partner. She is finished at this point, slaps a bandaid on it and gives minor aftercare info and walks out. The dirty sharp was also left sitting on a tray table. I am APPALLED. We will NEVER go back here, and honestly if you're concerned about cancer and/or actually want a thorough mole inspection, never go here.
