I called from out of start and requested flowers sent to a local hotel where a friend was going to be checking in the next day for her birthday trip. I was not able to attend but wanted to be a part of her very special trip. They listened to my request and put the most beautiful bouquet together for my friend. She walked into her hotel room after a long travel day to the most beautiful arrangement. Im so grateful for their help to pull off this surprise! Definitely 5 start service and 5 star arrangement! Thank you!

She opened her store on the Saturday after Thanksgiving for my order. I absolutely loved my bouquet and definitely would 100% recommend Rose Petals Florist.

Shirley is a true artist at her craft and has so much talent and pride in her work. We realized last minute that we needed to find a florist to do our bouquets for the wedding. It was basically 2 days away and we didn't have a florist for the bouquets. Shirley was able to meet the request and deliver the exact designs that fit the wedding and outfits. All within two days!! She was very kind and even made a boutonniere for me to match my wife's bouquet. This showed me that she really cares about her work. She didn't have to do that because I already had a boutonniere, but she wanted to make sure we matched for our wedding. I am very grateful for her accepting the job in such a short amount of time. Thank you and your team so much!!

I sent the photo of exactly what I had wanted for My Wedding boquet and they gave me the price quote. Then they made a lot of changes with different flowers. They did ask me what flowers I wanted taken out of it but I feel that I shouldn't have had to tell them which ones I didn't want when they were not in the photo of what I asked for several times. In my viewpoint, even after telling her so many times that I wanted it just as the photo with no added designs or flowers I never got what I had wanted and was disappointed with the finish product. In my opinion she was bad at communication because I had spoke with her 2 weeks before the wedding to set up the time for pickup, then she called me again about a week before asking for a time that we would pick it up, then called me again the morning of the wedding asking again when we would be picking them up which was already discussed multiple times. I feel like they need to listen to their clients wishes more and not try to make their own styles or how they envision the arrangement being. I never got it to look like the photo which I asked for so many times and wish I would have went with a different florist.

Would NOT recommend. My experience this past weekend on a visit to Shirley's Rose Petals flower shop --This floral shop is extremely disorganized with a kratom drinking florist named Shirley. The entire floral shop was in disarray.The worst part wasn't the 50 questions Shirley asked in a span of 1 1/2 hour appointment ( way too long of an appointment, by the way )... No, the worst part was the fact that Shirley REFUSED to provide a TYPICAL floral proposal prior to having me SIGN A CONTRACT TO BOOK Rose Petals for event florals.Why would anyone sign a contract prior to knowing what they will receive in turn? In all my years, I've never experienced such unprofessionalism.She also has a complete disregard for budgets.I would HIGHLY recommend you GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS FLOWER SHOP for your floral needs.Option based review based on my experience at this Rose Petals floral shop.
