        Don, our waiter, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was an excellent resource for suggesting we share a salad instead of ordering 2 salads. The 1:2 portions were perfect along with our pasta entrees.

        Celebrated my birthday at Sapori. First time to dine at Sapori. We started our meal with an appetizer of PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PRAWNS. Order came with 3 served with a nice presentation. We ordered 3 courses, LINGUINE* Clams/ Shaved Garlic/ Parsley/ White Wine/ "Orenganata" FETTUCCINE - SCAMPI Shrimp/ Garlic/ Lemon/ White Wine/ Heirloom Tomatoes/ Parsley STRIGOLONI ALLA VODKA Dungeness Crab Meat / Roasted Bell Peppers / Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce / Basil Two sides: SAUTED SPINACH and ROASTED YUKON GOLD POTATOES The food was delicious. Zach was our server. He was excellent starting with decanting our wine. I brought a bottle of Nickel & Nickel 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon. His recommendations were excellent on food choices. Always attentive to our needs without interruption. A true PRO. The restaurant is a bit tired and could use facelift. Very good dining experience!!
