Completely unprofessional and downright rude to the customer. We had mold testing done and that experience was fine. I was sent this link by them to write a review. Scheduled the mold remediation with them. Called four days before to confirm they were coming. We were told that reconfirming was not necessary because the crew would inform us the day before if they were going to be delayed. We drove 400 miles overnight to be there in time for the crew to arrive. They didn't show up and we never received a call. They said they would come at 9 am the next day. They came shortly after 8 am and were annoyed that we weren't there. We were stuck in road work coming in from Reno. We gave them the lockbox code to get in. The lead texted us telling us not to talk to the crew and to call him with any questions.we called to ask which days they would be at our site so we could plan our stay. On our cameras, we could see the crew using a door that's not supposed to be used. We called Matt to tell him and he bit our heads off for calling. That was the final straw and we told them to stop and leave our home. The crew remained on our property. We tried to call the office but no answer. We tried to call the owner and the call was cut-off. I would not recommend these people. There is a lack of common courtesy. Service: Mold inspection
