Weve lived here for three months so far and since day one it has been nothing but an amazing renters experience! The lovely ladies in the office are super diligent and clearly love what they do; we were applied and moved in within the same 48 hours of finding Elevate! Ever since, theyve been such a great management team helpful in every question weve had, big to small. Plus we absolutely loved our little welcome home box they left in our unit before move in! So cute ! Maintenance is just as awesome as the management side of office, any time we have an issue they are here either day of or the next day. Best part is, they dont do temporary fixes! If you have a problem, they make sure its fixed. Overall, this office team is very caring and helpful in all aspects theyre pretty funny, too!
The complex is very pet friendly, many pet waste stations that are constantly resupplied can be found around the complex, and the ladies keep a supply of treats in the office for your fur babies. They also have events like Mon-Fri, the kids of the neighborhood can go to the park in the complex to eat a free meal! The units themselves are very spacious and great quality for the price of rent.
If you want a complex that has an outstanding office team, super peaceful neighborhood, and the peace of mind that any problems that arise will be taken care of immediately, Elevate is the right place by far!

I wouldnt even go as far to post a review but Ive live in California, Texas, and Reno and by far this is the most responsive team. Any question emailed in minutes with and answer. I stopped by on a random day they stopped everything to give me a tour. I can not say how great it feels to have a team actively trying to make your move in easy.

I can't speak for the 4400 side but the 4700 side is not that great or competitive. It's not a bad place to live just overpriced for what you get.
The good:
- The apartments were good the first year, prices were acceptable given the market the location is okay. Good square footage, spacious units.
- Interiors were renovated, they look nice but the appliances are outdated, they get the job done and has 4 walls and a roof so it meets my standards.
- Maintenance requests are handled quickly once escalated to the office.
- Office staff and maintenance are fast to respond and very friendly.
The bad:
- Utilities are not included in the cost of rent, so $1450 actually comes out to roughly $1680, before energy costs. This is non-competitive.
- Large rent hikes after the place had the laundry room refurbished and a new coat of paint. Laundry services are 100 meters away from the units nearest to the gas station, no in-unit washers and driers unless you opt to spend extra for the upscaled units at the 4400 location.
- No central AC, the AC units in the walls are from the mid-90's, so sun facing rooms get uninhabitable during the summer, you're stuck putting fans in the hallway if you want to use any of the back rooms on 85F+ days.
- People constantly doing burnouts at the gas station, revving out straight piped cars in middle of the night at the intersection of Clear Acre and El Rancho.
- There was an Audi on bricks by the laundry room, had its wheels stolen in January, I hope it was someone dumping off a car and not a resident...
- No assigned parking, you better get your spot before 8PM or you'll end up parking on the other side of the complex.
- You're opted into unnecessary services like Valet Living by default for $35/mo with no option to opt out because it's a "shared fee." You're already paying waste fees on top of the rent, but additional services are bundled in and non-negotiable.
- I just want to double iterate on how terrible the parking is.
