This place is a complete joke. I've lived here for 3 years and thankfully I moved out. Maintenence takes MONTHS to get to your issue. You have to remind them of the work order placed. Clarizze is an awful person that does not care about the community. I've complained several times regarding teens kicking on my door and scaring my children, and absolutely nothing was done about it. There are several instances where nothing was done, this is just one of many. If you're reading this, do not waste your time and look for something better.

D227 is really loud a lot of fighting screaming arguing. Kids running up and down the stairs at 2a.m without being supervised. One of the kid was playing with a bullet to some sort of hand gun. So sad to see and witness
