The owner and some of the coworkers/supervisors are very disrespectful. They treat their employees badly and talks down to them. They don't appreciate the work that some of the employees do. They let some of their technicians work on things without being certified which is illegal. If I needed any heating or air conditioning work done I definitely would call someone else. My opinion is if they treat their staff like that I can just imagine how they treat their customers.

Thank you for expressing your opinion. However, after looking into your review, this looks more like a personal attack not a business review. Please be advised that Desert Air as well as any other company has a set of policy and procedures and that applies to all employees which means that there would be disciplinary action involves if any employee break the policy which could cause the employee himself and his family to get upset with us as sometimes it is easier to blame other people for your own problem. We have been in this business for over 30 years and we are operating business with integrity and doing everything by the book , we have a long time clientele and we treat our staffs with respect and most of the staffs we have here have been here with us for a long time.Regards,Desert Air LLC

Tony & Greg: amazing! Was only here to clean ducts and went above and beyond and even tightened my front door that was beginning to drag on the floor and fixed a leak.
Great guys, highly recommend!!

This company has been wonderful, I have an old school oil heater and water boiler. Their knowledge has surpassed 4 other companies. Greg fixed several decade long problems in two very quick trips. Absolutely thankful.

Our heating unit was running with no hot air coming out. As it was the first time for heat this season we assumed it was the pilot light out. Desert Air, now Goettl sent a technician Anthony Anderson out within 24 hours and he arrived on time. He carefully checked the unit which was hot. He photographed the various parts and showed a crack in the heat exchanger system. Unfortunately we then had to turn things over to the Home Insurance so the future is uncertain. Wish we could continue with such a knowledgeable and careful team at Goettl.
