Desert Wind Homes at Falcon Ridge

I had stopped by the Falcon Ridge development and was thoroughly impressed. Jessica Hunter is incredibly knowledgeable about the units, how they are being built, and all that the area has to offer. She was extremely patient and understanding with all of my questions. I would highly recommend taking a visit to this development!

Love my new home! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with quality construction. Someone earlier commented about strict parking. It is, so if you have more than 4 cars...2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway, then, yes, you might need to make another living choice. There is guest parking scattered around, but it is limited.

I would recommend looking to move elsewhere, the HOA is extremely strict. Somebody in this neighborhood is tow truck crazy. I cant shuffle my cars without her threatening to have my car towed. Watched 4 cars get towed today, good people, good neighbors cars they now have to go fetch. The neighborhood is nice but the parking is atrocious and they enforce all the rules in the contract sighed at purchase, down to the day you can have Christmas decorations up. Not worth the cost per month for the amenities we get back in return.
