Always a good and positive experience here. Reception is easy to check in with and always has masks if you need one. Dr. Bal is amazing and thorough, you can tell she genuinely cares too.

Dont come here. The Nurses, Doctors, and Nurse Practitioners are not very welcoming. It seems like they are mad at you, not treat you right, and always in a hurry. They dont care about the patient. Stay away from this clinic. My experience here is unacceptable. I am not coming back! I am going to look for another Doctor who cares for the patient. O stars

I changed my primary for Medicare to the Sun Valley Practice and this was a great decision. The staff and medical staff are very courteous, thorough and professional.

The clinic on Sun Valley Blvd was so nice! The facility looked new and clean, the office was well-staffed, not busy at all, and I was taken care of very quickly. All of the staff including the doctors were very kind and thorough and I felt like they really cared. From now on, I plan on driving the extra distance from my house just to go to this clinic.

I really love coming here. Dr. Brook Walker is the best dr in town. She will listen to your needs and try to come up with a plan to help you. Shes the type of dr. That respects your home remedies. And she doesnt prescribe narcotics unless you really need them.
