Horrible customer service I've gone in and set up auto pay several times yet never happens then no bill sent out just past due pay now extra charge that doesn't match the last pay by date on bill shisty scamers every month

Never had an issue with them. Great customer service. A lot easier dealing with SVGID than with any others I have dealt with over the years.

I can tell you that you do not know the worst customer service both in person and by phone. The price of reconnection is supposed to be charged in the next bill, but the day you pay, they charge you more than the amount due, and, in the next bill, they charge you. 40 ... don't say if you're going to pay the day the bill is due they charge you for the reconnection without the service being cut off, I think it's too much abuse, does anyone know where you can go to file a complaint about the abuse having the residents in ? sun valley area?????

The American flag out front is dirty and raggedy. It needs to be replaced imediately. What a disgrace.
