He cannot fix LG refrigerators. He strung us along for over a month and never ordered the parts. Then he came out with the wrong part and said LG sent the wrong part. When I contacted LG, they said he never ordered the part. Lake appliance repair fixed in 2 weeks.

Mike gave a verbal estimate to repair oven. He snapped in the part in about 5 minutes, went out to his truck to write the invoice and returned, requesting payment of $480 MORE than his original estimate. When I questioned him, he said the part was $1000. I looked up the part online and it appeared to sell for around $300. His bill was $1280. His compliment of, "You have a beautiful home" did not make me feel better about being ripped off. Service: Oven repair
