This was an amazing experience getting my hat made. From explaining the type of hat I was after, to listening to Pascal's stories of people he's met and made hats for, and the history of how Pascal started making hats. The entire process was a treat. I enjoyed every minute of watching and learning about the process. My hat is amazing!

Can't complain at all. Prices are very Very fair. He is super talented and easy to talk to. He will take the time to create a good product or in my case, reshape a product. He knew what crown it was just from looking once at a picture. 55 dollars for getting the crown I actually wanted and the brim shaped too is not bad at all!
