Majority of RNC employees are new/untrained. Blind leading the blind. The employee turn over rate is unreal. Witnessed genuine people be terminated or quit out of being stressed beyond their comfort level worrying if they are next on the chopping block. Human Resources is a joke, any issues brought to light will end up as a reprimand on you as staff, unless you are stroking the egos of any higher management. Overworked at best, sink or swim mentality, teamwork is preached but not practiced. Divide and conquer mentality. Upper management is there to hold title or collect a paycheck. Many complaints from clients do not go any farther than office managers. Clients are treated with like they are common criminals. Judged, disregarded and overlooked. There is no follow up plan for continuing services. There is no protocol for anyone in crisis situations let alone a care plan. Unorganized- Unethical and they care more about the quantity than Quality care.

Trash!!! Unless you like drug court then go there. But if your seeking counseling they will place you on drug court without your approval. Disgrace to Lyon County.
