A friend talked with Keller realty, and unfortunately I suggested Roberson instead. They listed her property which I believe was very undervalued, and sure enough it was sold in 3 days. I will NEVEr suggest Roberson again!

We were remote buyers and Mike made the whole buying process smooth and simple. All communications and virtual viewing were on point. Mike always followed-up and followed-through well after purchase since it would be sometime before acquiring keys, coming from Texas. This realtor is honest, straight forward and well connected in the area since he also acquired unloading help when our moving truck arrived. I called 4 times trying to get help for a yearington local to see a home down the street from them. Although Im a happy they were one of the few brokerages to answer the phone, they refused to show the property. Im not sure if it is because the home was listed by a Reno agent, or if they just dont like helping the community, but my heart broke for buyer. Anyway everything is figure outable, so I was able to access the property eventually. I hope this review makes this agent consider a better business practice

I was there today on Jan 18, 2023 to ask about my properties. No one was there and the building was empty. My only complaint is Google Maps says the office is open when nobody is there. So, be prepared for unpredictable office hours.
