Zero stars for this company and their terrible customer service! My group and I tried rescheduling our stay due to the Caldor fire affecting the area, but they refused to work anything out with us. Do not waste your time or money with this company who does not care about their customers. You are better off elsewhere.

Due to unhealthy air quality from the Caldor fires and my asthma, I attempted to rebook dates for my stay and come up with a solution with this management company. The woman who assisted me was rude and demeaning. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she said he is too busy traveling to speak with you This company doesnt employ good people and I will avoid them anytime I visit the Lake Tahoe area. Take caution when booking, or book with a hotel that cares about how guests are treated!

Completely disappointed with the customer service this business provided us with. I will be returning to the Lake Tahoe area, but will prefer a hotel stay. They actually care about the guest experience. I cant say the same for this company.

BEWARE of this company!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Was attending a wedding in Lake Tahoe and we were forced to reschedule our stay due to the wildfires fires in the area, but they refused to even consider doing anything to help us. Do not waste your time or money with this company who does not care about their customers or their situations. God forbid Mother Nature has plans during your stay. The MANAGEMENT will be too busy travelling to even talk to you on the phone.
