Karen's Cleaning

We've been using Karen's service since we moved to Amherst. We love the personal nature of service, the quality of their services, and the wonderful staff. We love the team, and Sadie, our Newfoundland, looks forward to seeing the team every time they come over. Thank you for such great work!

If you are looking for three people to spend two hours at your house sloppily vacuuming and wiping every surface with the same dirty rag for $350 this is the place for you. After a 2 hour in home consultation, we had the worst cleaning Ive ever seen my house may have actually been dirtier after they were here.

This woman and her team are fabulous. She spots dirt a mile away. Our house was in a shambles and Karen and her team got our house in ship shape. I recommend Karens cleaning 100%

I used Karen's Cleaning for a move-in cleaning and two subsequent seasonal cleanings. Each was an excellent experience -- quotes were accurate, the team arrived on time, and the house was spotless. Highly recommend.

Karen is a cleaning dynamo and she comes with a thick stack of stellar references on paper to back up her work. She actually moved things to clean under furniture, throw rugs, etc., and scrubbed trim and woodwork that others hadn't touched in years! I was very happy, and she will not nickel-and-dime you with "add-on" services that the others do--with things they should be doing in the first place. Her rates are fair, industry standard for a professional working in the biz (hire a teen for $10 an hour and you're going to get a job half done; and same for employees if cleaning services making minimum wage--how seriously do you think they'll take the work?), and she has been doing it for years. I also wouldn't trust anyone else to be left alone in my house but Karen. She gets my highest recommendation.
