        Worst experience ever. They want to force you on their new ATMs that talk. Just a way to offshore more jobs. A few months ago prior to this ITM push, they had the best tellers. No more. No service in a credit union here might as well use Bank of America if I want impersonal service.

        I am a 20-year+ member and will be finding a new bank. The most horrific customer service staff now staffs the Amherst and Nashua locations. The unfortunate truth is, that local credit unions are no longer a viable option in this new economy.

        I had an auto loan through triangle credit union. I had automatic payments set up with every payment on time, but last payment had to be closed with a paper check. They didnt make any effort to reach out to let me know the last payment needed to be mailed insteadI found out when they reported it through my credit! A quick phone call from them would have saved me a lot of hassle. This is the only payment I have ever missed in 25 years. Thanks TCU!
