I don't normally write reviews, but I simply could not let the amazing talent and customer service by Catie Stack go unnoticed. I needed to remodel my kitchen due to a water leak. Since this was a major expense I knew I had to get it done correctly. Even though I had my idea of what I wanted, Catie pointed out things I did not think of such as how drawers were positioned, or the flow of the traffic in the kitchen, and the materials that were new and might meet my needs. I had no idea things had changed so much in the last few years. Thank goodness Catie was on top of the industry standards and trends! She took the time to research and was helpful in trying to keep within my budget! How many companies do you know do that! I could go on and on. My kitchen did take time for the materials to arrive and of course the installers had to be scheduled. As with any construction, there were issues and bumps, but I had Catie to talk to and she was a voice of calm and helped me to understand what the situation was. Eventually the work was done and as the final walk through completed - I could not be happier. Don't waste your time; go to Fairview Millwork FIRST. Thank you Catie Stack - you are amazing and invaluable.

Terrible customer service. They don't return phone calls or refund cancelled orders in a timely fashion. I used a credit card, but the "policy" states that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a CHECK refund! Also, the sales rep contradicted himself trying to explain crucial details of the door we wanted to order. We were shocked when the correct door arrived.
