I dont have any prior experience with home inspectors, but I can hardly imagine how its possible to be more thorough and attentive to details than Nick. Having someone like Nick in your corner is critical, especially when you are a first-time buyer. Nick knows what to look for and what hes looking at. He takes time to explain his findings and answer any questions you might have. His report impressed even our agent, whos been in the business for over twenty years, and provided a helpful checklist for the house maintenance for the owners. Nick came highly recommended by a person we trust, and I see why. If you are looking for a home inspector in NH, congratulations! You just stumbled on one of the best guys in the area.

I was quite surprised with how fast our inspection was completed. The report was completed and in my inbox by days end after the inspection was completed. The report was really helpful in planning for maintenance issues that needed to be done ASAP vs. what could wait. Thank you, Nick!

We were really happy with Premier. Jim was great to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood some of the key findings. The report we received was very detailed but easy to understand. We also really liked the feature available through the website to create a request/to do list. The list will be helpful for us to keep track of the things we need to address that werent significant enough to raise with the seller. The rest of the team were professional, friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I can't say enough about the extensive inspection I received!! The professionalism was outstanding. My report is very complete with great photos. Nick Jette-, the inspector gave me a very detailed breakdown as to repairing and replacing. Nick also provided me with information as to future maintenance. I found this impressive!! I would highly recommend this company for home inspection when purchasing a new place!!
