I'd like to commend Home Energy Products and their staff for being so professional and having such a great knowledge of their products.
I have used them to install heat and A/C mini splits in 2 of my offices, and my home. I recommend them regularly to my real estate clients. It starts with Josh in the sales department. Josh always comes out quickly to discuss the best placement for each unit in your space. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He knows his craft inside and out!!
He always has the quotes back to the client quickly!
Their service/installers do an incredible job. They do very neat and clean work, pick up after themselves and explain how the units operate. I also use them to service & clean the units annually. The service people are very clean and take the time to do a thorough job. I could not ask for a better company to work with and refer clients to. Keep up the great work Home Energy Products!!

The man that came out to look over the house and system needs was very nice and easy to talk to, and he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Availability of Mitsubishi equipment for installation seemed better with this company than another one we had spoken to. We ended up buying 1 larger unit for the main Kitchen/Living Room area, put down a deposit and they came in about 3 weeks. Crew of 2 guys plus a subcontracted electrician, had everything done and cleaned up in 4-5 hours. Mini Split runs much quieter than I expected, can easily eat dinner and watch TV without feeling bothered by any fan noise. So far so good, gets our Thumbs Up.
