Everything to buy the Micro Wave was handled well by Bill York. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
My only complaint was that we had to pay for the unit before it was ordered. We are long time customer who has not paid for the product that we have bought from Barons.
Why is that? If we do not pay you when we pick it up or its going to be delivered I could understand that.
What if you can not deliver the unit on the promised date Tuesday ? Now you have my money and no unit. Is that right or Fair?This has happened before with Barons.
Do long time customers continue to be put in that position?
I suggest you look into this policy and revise it!!!!!

Bought from Derek in Manchester, NH.
I dont know why it says Belmont..
Had to get stove delivered twice because the first one they actually installed with a dented back. Why, the saw it was dented or they dented it themselves. Very disappointed.
Why would the delivery guys even continue to install is my question.
Second one was perfect.

After the kitchen was remodeled it was necessary to have the dishwasher secured to the cabinet and kickplate installed. The Baron's technician came and did both.
