Kris Geno, owner of RTT Associates uses deceptive practices against her clients. She is dishonest and shouldn't be trusted. I know this from my own personal experience having her as a counselor. She likes using deceptive strategies when answering client questions. Counselors should always be 100% honest or they shouldn't be a counselor.

Kris Geno, the owner of RTT Associates, refuses to processes things with her clients when they raise any problems with her. She cannot and will not ever admit if she is ever wrong, uses deceptive tactics when answering her clients questions, and gives terrible advice. She has refused for 2.5 years now to process things I brought up even though my probation officer told me to process them with her. She also, at times, has the mentality of a police officer instead of a councelor. I don't understand that a client is suppose to process things with their counselor but a counselor can just refuse???? That is almost the defintion of what a counselor does.

I dont actually see her for myself. My boyfriend of 2 years sees her. She definitely has done more than anyone to help him and understands the struggles with drugs and being on the outside after years of incarceration.
