      image Not one person to talk to with questions. Can't get through to a human on the phone so I showed up early to my appointment and had to check in on a tablet. Fine. But it wouldn't let me check in early. No one around to ask a question. Definitely not treated like a patient here.

      image A BIG shout out to Kathryn, she went above and beyond helping me get my blood orders into the system and figuring out this new technology stuff.
      In this new world of me me me....she sure wasn't that way at all and I so appreciated the way I was treated, her kindness and patience was over the top.

      image Staff is very rude. I was unsure what the name of the lab was that my doctor sent in so I couldnt make an appointment. Attempted to do walk in and the lady was so rude I just walked out. I would not recommend going here.
