Sociopathic Narcissist Directs this place. She’s rude, disrespectful and will embarrass you in front of everyone. Then blame you for your reaction to her disrespect. She lacks Empathy, Compassion, Understanding and Sincere Kindness. I’ve left twice now without the food I desperately needed. The second time she banned me from there! Because I didn’t take her disrespect and lack of Empathy. Who has the right to BAN YOU FROM GETTING FOOD FOR YOUR FAMILY! And you wouldn’t need signs posted everywhere about banning aggressive behavior if you treated people with the respect they deserve. I haven’t seen signs posted about this in any other Food Pantry! You don’t belong working in a place that is hard enough to swallow your pride and go to for help. You should be a Bill Collector or somewhere rude behavior doesn’t matter. Not with the Public. She is real short with shoulder length white/grey hair and glasses. I’ve also been told from someone who used to work there that she goes through everything and picks out whatever she wants to keep first and then puts out whatever is leftover for everyone else. That includes everything from food to items and clothing. She needs to be fired and replaced by someone who genuinely cares and not someone who thrives on power and control fed by the hate she has inside herself. You have a dark soul and you really should find help for that!

I'd give 0 stars if allowed. I was treated so poorly by Pam that I literally for the first time broke down and cried in public. I was so excited to get toys for my 16 mth old! I was greeted told I can get 1 big gift 2 small and a craft gift. I guess they had age restrictions that you needed to follow ridiculous ones at that. Like the nice dolls were only for 6+ 16 mth old plays with dolls! I told Pam It was my first time asked for help. She rudely said " well for starters Stay in your child's age range! And grabbed the baby doll I got fir my daughter!" I said why can't I get this it says 2+ cause she agreed to let me go a little higher. She then grabs a sharpee says oh that can't be right prob manufacturer error and writes 4+. I was like hey I was very excited to find this in her age range cause all there was fir my kids age was Spiderman tent and 2 spider man costumes she saud well come earlier!!. I politely asked her to please treat me with respect like I was to her! She walked away. Kept coming over every time I found an item that was my daughter's age and changing the manufacturers age restriction so u couldn't get it! She was obviously possed that I was able to find gifts for her unlike the 3 spider man gifts she claimed they had! I was like why are you doing this? She said listen you can leave this is suppose to be fun ! I said I know and your ruining it for me I should have my husband come in . She Said well rules will be the same for him I said I know but I bet the attitudes will change! I finally found what I wanted went to look fir my craft item. She says you need to leave you've been here too long there's nothing fur her I Saud well I'd like to take a look! She told me to check our and leave out the back so I can't steal gifts on the way out!! I was so upset!!!
