Customer Service is outstanding. Dan came out to the house to service our tractor and install a heater block. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient. The cost of service was quite reasonable as well He gave us a couple pointers on the operation of our 1025R, as we are still new to ownership, which was very much appreciated. We will continue to work with them for all our John Deere needs.

We went into the store in Derry to look at snowblowers. We were interested in the Ariens 28 with tracks. We walked around the showroom, no one asked if we needed any help. Went to the man at the desk, who obviously saw us looking around. We asked about the snowblower and were given very vague answers. We wanted to make a purchase, but with the lack of customer service, we decided to make our purchase elsewhere. We would not recommend this place of business to anyone!

Customer service is alive and well here. I came in looking for a new snowblower and the manager warmly greeted me at the front. He took me around to show different ones and answered all of my questions. While we waited for the snowblower salesman he took me out back to show how they provide maintenance on the blowers and I talked to one of the crew members who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. About a week later, I received a hand written thank you letter in the mail and to reach out with any questions. If youre looking for a personal touch, this is the place.
