        We've been using Dustball Divas for a few months now. We started with biweekly cleanings and just switched to monthly, as it's just my husband and I and our dog. Amelia does great work. She's very responsive when I reach out or text her and after she's done the house looks incredible. I was sitting on the couch last night after she had cleaned yesterday afternoon and kept thinking how great our floors look. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is cleaned and often does more than is expected. I'd highly recommend Dustball Divas!

        I had scheduled a cleaning appointment several weeks+ before the date she was supposed to come. Had to reschedule once, but we had agreed on 3/09/23 at 11:30 AM. Amelia never called, never emailed, or texted to let me know she was not going to come, and I was unable to access her either through her phone or text. I finally sent an email, and immediately saw an email reply online, that my appointment had been cancelled. At 1:45 in the afternoon .
