Seacoast Cleaning

I did not have a good experience with Seacoast Cleaning. To be fair, I dealt with Zim and not Kristin for both the cleaning and then issues afterwards. I would not use them again. Update: If I could give them a zero I would. Responses from both Kristin and Zim were unacceptable. I would not use this service.

Seacoast Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our office. They complied with our cleaning specifications and were flexible with our schedule requests. They were very easy to work with and took our every need into consideration. We had a small multi-level office and they gave us a reasonable quote for a cost we could work with. Seems like the other reviewers who got 'Kristin and her team' received decent service, which is why we originally chose Seacoast Cleaning. Unfortunately we got one individual, Zim, who showed up for a full house deep cleaning which they quoted after visiting in person. We were quoted $390 per the attached image. We were also quoted $155 for biweekly cleaning thereafter. The attached photos are just a few of the 30+ we took when we got home after the deep cleaning; they speak for themselves. When we received the invoice we were charged the full price PLUS an additional $20 for some dishes and I kid you not - a dishwasher pod. When we reached out a week later after deciding how we wanted to approach this we were told that over 6 hours were spent cleaning (with well over an hour 'cleaning dishes' - something my wife specifically asked them to avoid as we have 5 children and there are always going to be some dishes). We have a Nest camera and there was a car outside of our house for about 4.5 hours - not 6. We certainly didn't trash the house in between the time it was quoted and 'cleaned'. In the end, after being told "you received the time and work promised" and being expected to pay for multiple biweekly visits to receive the services quoted which weren't done (so pay $155 a few times for the stuff the $390 was supposed to cover), we settled paying $315. Essentially we had our oven cleaned (nice job), fridge cleaned (also nicely done), half of our microwave cleaned and some dishes done for $315. My reference is having owned 3 properties and having had deep cleanings done on all of them from separate companies. All have had much higher quality at better value.

We were so pleased with the deep clean service from Kristin and her team - our house is the best it has looked in a long time - they have great attention to detail and just did a great job. We will be using them for regular service in the future, and highly recommend them!
