This place is like an assembly line. Never do I get treated by the same dentist. I have a hard time getting back the money the clinic owes me. I had overpaid them because my insurance paid more than what the clinic thought they would. I have spoken to three people over the past months about it. Nothing has been done. The clinic would like to keep my overpayment for my future treatments. That is not right. I will switch to a different dentist. Very disappointing.

Different providers and harder to get appointments. Waited months between hygienist two session cleaning. The more experienced dentists have retired. It's a shame what done to the medical & dental industries

JD Howard has called me THE DAY of my last 2 regular six month cleanings telling me they need to reschedule because the hygienist is/was not available. I accepted the first reschedule which resulted in bumping my cleaning out an additional few months. JDH called me this morning telling me that they need to reschedule on me AGAIN because the hygienist is not available, and the earliest appointment is late September. SEPTEMBER, from January. This would mean I would not be seen in over 14 months for the dental care THEY RECOMMENDED AND SCHEDULED FOR ME. Its amazing that they cannot fix their issues so as talented as this office used to be it has definitely gone downhill in the last 3-4 years so I will be seeking new dental care. Completely and utterly unacceptable and I hope this review can help others make an informed decision about this office. I have been going to this office for over 10 years, and was with them back when the office was on Central Ave in Dover. No client commitment from this office based on my experience. I would bet that if my appointment today was for an expensive crown or root canal they would find a way get me (and my money) in the door today.
