My March 14th visit with Dr. Katzman was my first in several ways. In my experience the overseeing doctor comes in runs their fingers around my gums and asks me some cursory questions and leaves. Dr. Katzman included me in the summary and potential future work on my teeth. He shared pictures of my teeth and explained what he recommended for subsequent visits, listened while I explained my timing needs and my concerns. I get a printed summary with potential procedures and anticipated costs. Several teeth had several options, with no pressure to decide. I felt valued, safe, and received excellent dental care. Todays visit, April 1st, was as remarkable as my first. He is efficient, with excellent, experienced hygienists. Informed me of what he had planned, made certain that I felt comfortable.
