My wife and I were referred to Bill by our realtor. Bill is amazing, he's super patient and willing to answer any questions you may have (even the same one several times ) about your loan. In a situation that most find stressful, Bill manages to put your mind at ease. He does a great job of getting you into the best financial position possible, as well as finding programs that are to the homebuyers benefit. I would recommend anyone to Bill when looking for an honest, knowledgeable lender who is going to work for you and with you.
