Receptionist is rude to start off with and I feel like this place is scam artists. Only out for money and charged me for what my insurance covers. They put my account in collections without telling me I owed money. They claim they mailed out letters but they never did. My daughter really needed to be seen for a retainer they had put in that was hurting her and they refused to see her. As soon as I paid it off they told me to see someone else. They act like they are there for the kids but they arent. They are not gentle I would not recommend for little ones. They never made sure my daughter was comfortable when they pulled a tooth, and would not let me in the room with her at the age of 5. She hated this place and I do not recommend.
