Our 440R started throwing codes so we reached out to Jeff at United Ag & Turf in Dover. He was super helpful trying to diagnose the problem over the phone, unfortunately, it needed to be looked at. They sent someone over to pick it up the next morning, started working on it right away and had it back to us in record time! The Dover location isnt where we purchased the tractor but its where well be going from now on. Everyone there was great!

EDIT:2/2/24. I will give credit where it is due. In the last year, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in the staff at this location. Original post: I have called in for parts multiple times, including today, and no one picks up the phone. Seriously, in the last three years I have called them no less than ten times. Zero for ten. When you call in and push the sales selection, lo and behold, someone picks up. Must be busy huh ? In the last three years I have entered the store multiple times and I'm the only customer there. Three guys behind the parts counter, all looking down. I routinely have to call the North Haverill store or the Fairfield store, or even the Ossipee store to get a human to look up a part and place an order. Whats frustrating is the Dover store is closest but I have to drive to the other stores. I realize John Deere used to differentiate between AG and non-AG stores, but all should be able to get a part if you seein' eye dog em to it. To the cooporate office's of United AG and Turf, this is unfair to the other dealers. They do all the research and work and can even tell me if the stooges in Dover have it and I'll just go buy it there, but it's unfair to the others. I also realize that it is all one big happy family now at UA and Turf, but the Dover store has been lacking for many moons and I recommend a major shake up down there.

The best customer service experience I've had with any company in a long time! I initially submitted a service request through the website for my JD lawn tractor. I received a call from Jeff 15 minutes later to confirm what work I wanted done. I also requested a tune up for my snow blower at the same time. He informed me the shop was booked out about 2 weeks which I was ok with, I understand everyone is busy these days. We made arrangements to have my equipment picked up at my home, they even came the next day! I received a call with a quote for the tractor tune up and repair and was given an updated time frame. Jeff called and emailed me 2 weeks to the day of our first phone call to let me know both machines were complete and ready to be returned to me. This was great news as I wasn't even expecting to have them in the shop until now. I paid over the phone and we scheduled the return for the next day (today) which meant I had both machines exactly 2 weeks after they were picked up. I am not often "wowed" by business transactions, but Jeff and United AG exceeded my expectations with his customer service, follow up, professionalism and pickup/delivery service. Thank you guys, well done!

Initially the sales process was smooth and painless. Then the our brand new skid steer arrived and so did the problems. Within minutes the machine was making a horrible noise, they came picked it up and then said it was just greased, greased and returned. Got back and still the same issue within minutes. This is was the last time we would see the machine, they have had it for 2 months, claim its a factory defect and it will be fixed next week, then next week and so on. They still have the unit with no end in sight and waiting on the mystery part that was shipped weeks and weeks ago. I have zero communication from any one in service, intermittent communication from sale salesperson. We have lost thousands and thousands of dollars on lost jobs and delayed jobs.
