I LOVE ASPEN DENTAL THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND RESPECTFUL THEY LISTEN TO YOU AND DON'T BRUSH YOU OFF LIKE MOST PLACES,,, ALL MY LIFE I'VE HAD FEAR OF DENTIST BUT THEY CURED ME OF THAT,,THE MANAGER IS IS AWESOME SHE IS CARING FRIENDLY AND HER BEAUTY IS NOT ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ALSO WITHIN ,I THANK GOD I MADE THAT DECISION TO GIVE THEM A TRY BEST DECISION I EVER MADE ,LOST MOST OF MY TEETH BECAUSE OF CHEMO AND RADIATION BUT THEY HELPED ME TO BE ABLE TO SMILE AGAIN (: GOD BLESS EVERYONE OF YOU .I wrote this several years ago now Im posting this for my recent visits This review was written a few years ago and now Im adding to it with my recent visit Jan 9,2023 Aspen dental in Epping Nh I have to say they have a young man named Timothy Cote he went above and beyond to help me he is the new manger in Epping Nh he is awesome and a great addition I have to say to this company I Pray hes there for a long time also Dr Park there's not many dentist I trust but hes a good honest man and a remarkable doctor all the employees are so kind there and I need to publicly give a sincere apology to one of the girls up front her name is Stephanie I miss understood her I just had major surgery on my stomach and was moody I apologize Stephanie after meeting you your a beautiful person with a pure soul and trust me anyone who meets her should feel Blessed So anyone in the Epping NH area that wants to be treated like family Aspen dental in Epping NH 17 fresh river road will be happy they went there and the person who does the teeth she is a miracle worker and makes the dentures to perfection Im a very pleased Customer thank you

STAY AWAY! Everytime you go into the place, the "treatment plan" changes - without any consultation with you about it! I've got printouts outlining plans that vary by thousands of dollars. THOUSANDS. Had a meeting with the supposed office manager who agreed that things weren't right. Was going to talk with the owner about it and get back with me. NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL BACK. Meanwhile, they will tell you what you want to hear - even "guarantee" that x amount of dollars is all you are going to need to pay for a particular procedure. AFTER a claim had already been denied. So, after a claim had already been denied, I will need to pay X. Ok, so I do it. THEN, they have the audacity to send me a bill for $970! Not our fault, I'm told! WHAT? So, you LIED to me? Yep, that's what you did. You told me bottom line I'd owe no more. See you in court. Next call is to the NH The Board of Dental Examiners. I think they will be very interested to hear about the deceptive practices being employed with this Aspen Dental Franchise. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
