Although your employer may recommend him, I would not. He registers for the employee group legal plans then does the bare minimum in my two experience.
In my experience, he made me complete most the paperwork. He had me go to the police department to gather the police reports. I later found out that wasn't the norm. Then we showed up to court and the case was dismissed because of a no show from the defendant. Allen still charged me the full fee minus the employee plan discount.
Then I get tailgated going 80 in a 65. After hearing this Allen tells me I should have gotten over sooner. In his opinion the Judge won't give any credence to the fact that I was tailgated, that the officer took my registration, and marked my race as unknown because that's in the Civil Rights division. I asked him if tailgating was a crime and he didn't answer. Please just pay full price for a meticulous lawyer if this is with whom you are stuck.
