        The whole staff are so kind, reassuring, thoughtful and lovely to be around. Couldn't be happier.

        Poor customer service. After providing all information and being told everything would be handled for a pre-authorization to my insurance it was never completed. Had to cancel the appointment and still received calls from their office about the same thing I spoke with someone about the previous week. Internal notes and communication is lacking. They then told me we were not welcome there since I was unhappy. All I was looking for was for them to acknowledge their error and mistake but that didn't happen.

        The incredible care of the staff and dentists always makes me feel really good knowing my daughter goes there. They have left her with such a positive experience going to the dentist that she loves going. I feel the care she receives for her teeth is top notch.
