        Horrible experience from day 1. Instead of presenting a caring attitude, all we encountered was aggressive marketing policies. They have more fees and rules than other organizations. The owner conducted the patient assessment but they were unable to supply caregivers able to care for the needs of the patient. Meanwhile, we had paid $ 150.00 paper work fee which no other organization charged. And we were unable to change the care givers schedule for 7 days in advance. Also, 5 days longer than other organizations. We paid a higher rate for a weekend care giver since we had not met the weekly minimum which was because the first day they were able to provide care was a Thursday not a Monday.

      We are so sorry Lynda we did not meet your expectations. We do have policies in place and most are to help with retention of staff. Our cancellation policy for example is so the caregiver has an expectation of what their hours will be each week. Last minute cancellations affect their wages and this is one of the main reasons staff don't stay as caregivers due to last minute shifts being cancelled by families. Our fee is a care coordination fee and this is for creating the care plan and also for the introduction of staff to the family by the Case Manager. We spend more time on boarding a client than most agencies with our introduction process. We are sorry you were not happy with our service and appreciate your comments so we can keep improving our client experience.
