Worst experience! Went to have 2 bottom molars removed and in the process broke my front tooth! The surgeon said basically it was my fault because that tooth needed work. REGARDLESS if my front tooth needed work, I didn't go there for that, I went for 2 extractions! They were careless and will not admit to any wrong doing..now a filling I needed there now needs a crown!! $$$$$$ Thanks Lakes Region for rushing my procedure, causing more pain than needed and denying any wrong doing and racking up my bill somewhere else I can't afford!

Beware! They don't take responsibility for their actions. They acted like the fact that THEY broke a tooth, was a shock to them. Yeah right! If you are a good oral surgeon, you would have confirmed that fact! But, you are in such a rush to get the next patient, after all money every 15 minutes. They laughed when they realized they broke my brothers tooth. What a joke! Go elsewhere or end up toothless. Don't go alone, have someone in room with you so all 5 of them can't lie .

Such a fantastic group of people! I was treated well from reception to intake to X-ray and surgery. I have recommended this group to a colleague that also needs dental surgery. Should the need arise I will definitely be back!

Dr de Tolla took extreme measures for keeping me infection free as well as comfortable. He has a very good practice in tact for office and home care. He is very caring re-checking his work and healing with multiple visits from start to finish. I was very impressed with his talent and i am very grateful to have had him do my implant.
