I recently visited Dr Philips, who also happens to be a hockey buddy, because after several terrible experiences with other dentists I needed a change. Fortunately, I got more than I expected. Angela, who met me at the front desk, was kind and friendly. She had me well-prepped for the pre- and post-visit. I knew just what to expect. Jessica, my hygienist, was respectful and caring. She explained every step of the cleaning process and allowed me to ask questions. In the end, I felt empowered to take care of my teeth and maintain my healthy record. It was the most comfortable I've ever been at a dentists' office. I actually look forward to my next visit - can you believe that?!

Visited a couple times, I had an okay experience the first time around... second time not so much. Felt rushed and disrespected when I asked questions of genuine concern. Dr. Phillips was in and out of the room constantly and when he was in the room again, he was rushing and seemed on edge per-say. Had “permanent” veneers put on just to have one of them pop off two months later, and I assure whoever is reading this that I have been SO diligent, from flossing and brushing to even biting into things and chewing I am always mindful. Keep in mind this is after complaining they didn’t feel right. I was basically told I was crazy because they had cemented them onto my teeth underneath. Also, when he did the final flossing he made my gums bleed and took a chip off of the porcelain veneers we had waited almost a month for. Now, I’m on the other side of the country trying to complete my degree, have an almost full time job and an internship and simply can not get back there. (Not to mention traveling fees). Note-they were well aware I was moving away and now they won’t accommodate me financially to fix this mess elsewhere after the LARGE sum of money invested. I can not fathom how rushed something can be even after such an incredible amount of money and time spent. I am extremely unhappy with this experience. Save your money. Go elsewhere.
