I've been to Reflex several times and they are a very thorough shop. The work they do is not always cheap, but maintenance on these cars is never cheap and if that's what you are looking for, this may not be the place for you. However if you are looking for a shop that is thorough, detailed, and has yours and your car's best interests in mind, then you should get all your work done here. I am very happy with the work they have done on my car, and will continue to refer friends to them, and bring my car to them for service. (Volkswagen Atlas SEL Premium R line) My personal experience with Reflex Tuning it is hands-down the best automotive maintenance experience Ive seen and had the pleasure of. I cant stress that enough about the attention to detail and transparency this auto service shop has shown me. It solidifies the saying you get what you pay for. They were Knowledgeable, communicative, and best of all accommodating to every need question and concern I had, and rectified every single one of them! I thought I was a little obsessive compulsive but it was nice to have my vehicle treated with that same care and attention to detail. Thank you Heather, and Mike and the rest of your staff for a job well done. You will have my business for everything else needed on my vehicle going forward without a doubt.

Excellent service visit. Vehicle inspection thorough as always; necessary repairs prioritized and quoted. I live 90 minutes from the shop and once again appreciated the generous, unpressured use of a loaner while repairs were made. Reflex is the most transparent, smart, reasonably priced VW service center I have ever encountered. Im a second generation VW enthusiast. This team take User Experience to the next level.
