        Try something NEW!!! Im so loving, learning how to pole dance. Ive never been a dancer except a lil crazy freestyle. Yet, having a full time career as a yoga & stretch pro has definitely helped me with this new adventure that Im adding to my physical FUN time. Sooooo, try something NEW and meet your body where its at without judgement. No pressure, and super fun, so give it a whirl. Im appreciating Heathers detailed instruction here Shes a FAB teacher! More reviews to come with pics and video. Namaste

        Fun and the instructor was very patient! a bit hard for me since I haven't exercised in a long time but the Intro class was a great work out! definitely going back!

        I scheduled a group class for a bachelorette party while we were visiting in New Hampshire for the weekend. We were very pleased with the outcome of the class. The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. Katie, our instructor was very professional and patient. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
