        The dentist can't seem to manage her practice efficiently. The staff is a great team. However, the leader isn't reliable. I was never told the dentist was on an emergency call Neither here or there the work that was done was done well. This isn't about weather I'm in NH or sc it's about the follow up appointment you didn't show up for I stand with my review. Good dentist sloppy manager

        I went in for my first visit today. The entire staff was great. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. Many of these previous reviews seem outdated or seem to get speaking of a different practice. I was there today in hookset, NH. They were excellent

      Doug~ We are sorry to read this. When an emergency arises, we do our best to accomodate a patient in discomfort and in some cases that means we run a little behind. You have been a patient of this practice for many years and as you know if there is something preventing you from being seen on time, we update upon arrival. And in this case, that is when we learned you needed to leave due to another obligation and heading back home to SC. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to document your experience and the kind things you mentioned about our team. We hope you had a great visit in NH while you were here.
