Absolutely recommend this company. I had asphalt roofs installed on two houses and the workmanship was incredible. The team of installers were extremely hard working and seemed to work great as a team. Cleanup was so good you could not tell a big job was just completed. In and out in Two days. Office support was quick to respond and very helpful.

Poor service after the job is paid for. Ice damage due to improper installation. Made several calls, each time being told we'll look into replacement piece and call you back. Never received one call back. Finally said they had the piece for $50 and I would have to get it. Asked Jacqui if the end was hemmed and she said "Yes". Well of course, it wasn't hemmed and after driving an hour there (2 hours RT) and wasting my time I told Jacqui I was not happy with their business due to the runaround I had received literally over three weeks. She stated she didn't remember asking me if it was hemmed and I told her it was because she didn't listen. She apologized and said she would have the piece hemmed and deliver it Monday herself. I went home and took a close up picture of the hem to make sure they got it right. Then I get her email...
Perhaps ironic thats the only pic I didnt get until today, however I was supposed to know that was hemmed??? After your visit here this morning, speaking to me the way you did, saying that I dont listen, speaking about it all with my CEO, I will not deliver that piece to you, if you still want it, its comes as is for $50 you pick up. You clearly have no idea the number of calls that come through my office on a daily basis and I can possibly remember every word of every conversation!! However I do my best, always easier when treated with respect and full explanation of what you were looking for!

I responded to Jacqui's email and asked her to have her CEO call me. That was 4 days ago, no call.
I would not use them or recommend them.

Time will tell. I got 3 estimates and they matched the middle one, they were originally the highest. I've had a couple follow up questions that I've emailed and left voice messages but still haven't heard back. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as they promised. The installers were fast and very respectful of our yard.

Forever metal roof installed a new metal roof on my house. We had a problem with water leaking into my garage where the new power mast pole boot was located on the roof. After several months had pasted, a larger mast pole boot was installed over the existing using the same procedure as the first which was cutting off the base flange and using several screws to attach it to the roof. The base flange is supposed to be under the new roof to prevent water from entering the house. The installer looked at the water damage on the ceiling in my garage and assured us that it would me addressed. They never came back. Today I noticed that the roof is again leaking at the same location. There original response was the new roof was not the cause of the problem which may be true but the improper installation of the boot they installed most certainly is. The leak is directly under the mast pole. I would not be surprised if this complaint is not posted.
