        Company was nice in the beginning but ended up causing very extensive damage to our property during our clean out after a fire which they are refusing to compensate. They also threw out very expensive items in the basement after they were told items in basement were to be saved. We were told many people came in to clean out and they were not properly advised.

        Took 2 days for them to return our call. Came out and told us they would email an estimate . Never did. Called several times as we flooded a second time. Still no response

        The women they have answering the phone (sounded like Sarah name) is a total joke. Very ignorant and uneducated with the job. Has no clue what she is saying and contradicts herself while talking to you in a belittling tone. After my interaction with her, Im definitely not using them.
