We have been here for about two years and during that entire time, Michael Deschenes has been super helpful to any of our needs. We originally rented right as eagle rock was taking over the property. Michael was super helpful in the process, answered any of our emails or phone calls in a timely manner and even conducted our walkthrough. He is super friendly and has always lended us a helping hand if needed. He is the one of the few good things about renting here. He even helped when I referred a friend of mine to rent here herself. He is not your typical sit behind a desk guy and give orders. He makes you feel welcome and feel like a person instead of a dollar sign. If you decide to rent from here, work with him.

My wife and I were looking for an apt as we had just moved to New Hampshire. Our initial few meetings with management were great. Afterward we decided to put in an application for a specific apartment we liked. After going through the process and things and finding out we had been approved, we got to know that the apt we had put in the application for was given to someone else. I was wondering what the point of putting in an application and paying the fee was for?? They kept pushing us to rent other Eagle Rock properties..After letting management know that we had a family emergency and will not be able to look at other in the properties, I was told that we could not get our $250 back that we had put down for the application fee, background check, etc. (All the other places we had applied at least gave us our application fee back). I spoke to a couple of the residents who said they were not happy with management either. The last straw came when i told them I would not be interested in moving forward. They send me an adverse event notice saying I could not be approved to stay here.. just to save face.. because they did not want to admit that I choose not to stay here by my own choice..it would look bad for management. But they had already approved me two weeks ago!! Anyway, I'm glad I will not be doing business with this company.

I am updating my previous review I will say the property management is responsive to the tenants. Now I do not know if it is a corporate thing or what, because Eagle Rock has many properties. But in all seriousness please bring back our bridge that connected the properties. I have been here since 2020, the changes are what they are not much one can do about them. Our apartment where it is located is quiet and love listening to the birds and such. They are currently putting in a grilling area on one side of the property. I was told the dog park would be going on the other side of the property. However, the bridge is gone and I think having to drive/walk over to the other property to use an amenity that is for everyone is not convenient. So I really hope something is done about that so we don't have to literally walk our dogs/ourselves on the road to use either the dog park or the grilling area. Can you see it - people walking down Roosevelt Ave with coolers and such so they can grill? Anyway, I really do enjoy living here. I just wish corporate were more receptive and understanding of what people expect when you raise their rents and add on bills. PLEASE FIX THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AS WELL

I am a current resident at Eagle Rock. My husband and I moved here in 2020, when it was under the original management team. They were super great, our landlord/owner lived right in our building and was awesome to work with. Now mind you we have no frills or extra's here - heat isn't included, hot water use to be. Since Eagle Rock has taken over our rent in just over 1 year time - has gone up almost 33%. The hot water and trash disposal that were once included - we are now having to pay for. Basically if it is a utility to run this complex they are putting it all on the residents who live here, all the meanwhile raising rents. We went from $1200 a month and now are going to be paying $1575.00 a month - NOTHING included. We have no play grounds, no pools or tennis courts, no dogs only area (we are allowed pets for a fee) People have been moving out of here like crazy due to the fact of all the bills and the amount of rent they are charging us. It is unbelievable. We are in a 2 bedroom. This will most likely be our last year here with this complex. 2024 - we will find a place that is worth the rent and gives back to it's residents instead of just taking.
