Great customer service! Blake & his team got me right in to check my brakes. He called the next day when the part came in & worked with my schedule to get me in for an appointment. They worked quick & got me out of there in time to pick my son up from school. Ill definitely be coming back in the future.

I've been here a few time, but won't go back or to any Meineke ever again. Rather than letting me know if I wait 4 days for an inspection so it will be valid for over a year they inspected my car and I go out to see a sticker 7.2024 valid of only 3 months. I go in to question and someone from the back office just yell "its the state regulation if you waited until next month it would have been valid for over a year" He never came out, just talking to me from the office. Now I have to go back to another shop and spend more money in 3 months. This is exactly the reason people don't trust auto shops.
